A Unique Chef Partnership Bringing Global Inspiration to Charlotte’s Dining Scene
CHARLOTTE, N.C. [July, X 2025] – James Beard Nominated Chef Sam Diminich of Restaurant Constance and Acclaimed Chef Robin Anthony of Omakase Experience by Prime Fish are teaming up for an omakase-style tasting menu, offered for one night only on Sunday, Sept. 28.
The 14-course tasting menu will be unveiled course by course, ensuring a truly immersive and unexpected dining experience. From inventive small bites to decadent desserts, the menu is a celebration of each chef’s distinct style and passion for flavor.
This collaboration was born from Diminich’s deep appreciation for Japanese culture and cuisine, combined with Anthony’s reputation as one of Charlotte’s top talents in minimalist cooking. Together, they’re creating a meaningful experience that pushes boundaries and brings something new to Charlotte’s dining scene.

Tickets are available for $400 per person and can be purchased through Tock. With just seven seats per seating, early reservations are highly recommended. Optional beverage pairings will be offered the night of the dinner.
