CHARLOTTE, N.C. [March 4, 2025] – Sam Diminich of Restaurant Constance and Andres Kaifer of Customshop, are proud to announce a custom-crafted dining experience for the Charlotte community as part of Savor Charlotte, an annual celebration of Charlotte’s vibrant restaurant community.
The one-night-only dining experience will celebrate local ingredients, innovative techniques, and the shared vision of two chefs dedicated to bringing the freshest locally sourced ingredients to the tables of Charlotte diners. Guests will gather around a communal table, emphasizing the importance of community and connection through food.
