BLUFFTON - May 23, 2024—Hospice Care of the Lowcountry, an independent, community-based nonprofit organization providing serious illness care, end-of-life care, and grief care in Beaufort and Jasper counties, is proud to host "A Time to Remember," a heartfelt event dedicated to honoring and remembering loved ones who have passed away. This community gathering aims to provide a space for reflection, healing, and connection among those who have experienced loss.

"A Time to Remember" is a meaningful opportunity for the community to come together in support and remembrance. Hospice Care of the Lowcountry believes in the power of collective healing and providing spaces for people to find comfort in shared experiences. The event will feature various activities, including:
- Memorial Ceremony: A touching ceremony with a reading and music to honor those we have lost.
- Memory Oyster Shells: An opportunity to write messages in memory of our lost loved ones on oyster shells, iconic of our community.
- Grief Support Resources: Information and resources on grief support will be available.
- Refreshments and Fellowship: Light refreshments will be served, providing a chance for attendees to connect and share their stories.
